An equipment used for lowering or lifting a load by the means of lift-wheel or a drum around the chain wraps or rope is known as Hoist. There are two types of hoist, Angle Type, and the Channel Type. Although the angle type hoist is a commonly used tool at the construction sites for transporting the concrete to the construction location, Channel Type helps in material handling during the construction.
